Normal Pack
Price: Free
Dimensions: Flexible, adapted to the number of bikes brought
Includes: Bike management system (DTC), electricity, water, Wi-Fi, security, and media kit.

Premium Pack
Price: 2,000 CHF
Dimensions: Flexible, adapted to the number of bikes brought
Advantages of the Premium Pack:

  • Contact details of your testers
  • More privileged location
  • 10 passes for the e-bike test activity
  • 3 bike passes per day for the lifts
  • 3 professional photos of your stand
  • 1 activation communication in the official program
  • 4 invitations to the official event dinner

 

For other brands:

Price: 130 CHF/m²
Dimensions: Flexible

 

As a bike brand bringing a minimum of 5 E-MTBs, the location is free. In return, 30% of the total number of your E-MTBs will be allocated in advance to participants for full-day discovery tours and will therefore not be available for e-bike tests.

First of all, thank you for registering! We are thrilled to have you with us.

You should have received an email confirming your registration. Here are the next steps:

From June 1st to June 30th:

  • Confirmation of stand details for all registered brands (dimensions, number of bikes, logo, billing, elements related to the premium pack).
  • Registration of bikes on the DTC platform for electric bike brands.

July 1st:

  • Confirmation of the event village layout by the VEBF.

July 15th:

  • Exhibitor guide with all the practical information about the event.
No. However, we ask that the size of your stand be reasonable in relation to the number of bikes you bring.

I'm thinking about the logistics before the event

If an invoice needs to be issued, you will receive it approximately two weeks before the event via email.

 

You will not be able to directly choose your location, as we strive to create a village layout that best suits everyone. However, we do take your preferences into account and do our best to assign the optimal location for each participant.

If you’d like a more central location, consider opting for the Premium Pack.


I'm thinking about the logistics during the event

Stand setup takes place between Wednesday morning and Wednesday evening. Some stands may start being set up as early as Tuesday upon prior request to the organizers.

Dismounting begins as soon as the event closes on Sunday afternoon, and all stands must be dismantled by Monday noon.

More details will be provided in the exhibitor guide, which you will receive by email as the event approaches.
